Looking ahead to 2021 with BT futurologist
As 2020 came to a close, we wanted to get into the festive season, even if it was only virtually. Our virtual roundtable was a great opportunity to explore, as a community, what we believe 2021 will bring.
And who better to have as our special guest speaker, than BT futurologist, Dr Nicola Millard? She was on hand to share her insights into the future of the workplace. This included looking at not just technology, but also the culture within organisations, how our style of working has changed during the pandemic and what trends are set to continue.
