Karen was appointed to Head of Finance for BT Media & Broadcast in 2021 and oversees the commercial strategy and cost transformation function.

She joined BT in 2015 and has held several senior roles within the business. Karen holds both a BA (Hons) in Business and Accountancy and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).
