Heather has worked for BT for 34 years and in this time has gained a wealth of knowledge working across the business. She was appointed Head of Contract and Service in 2023.

Heather joined Media in Broadcast in 2021 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from previous roles in Global. She leads a team of Contract and Service managers focusing on growth, customer relationships and service improvements, supporting some of the largest media companies in the UK.
