John leads BT Media & Broadcast’s strategic technical direction, which includes next-generation networks and media supply-chain innovation as our Head of Media Futures.

He is also the Chair of the UK chapter of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE). An alumnus of Salford University in the UK and École Centrale de Lyon in France, John has 25 years’ experience creating specialist network and workflow solutions for broadcasters and media companies worldwide.
