Let’s look to the future of broadcast at IBC

Join us at stand O.D02

It’s that time of the year again. The International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) will take place from 15 September to 19 September at the RAI in Amsterdam. It’s one of the biggest events in the industry and we’ll be there to talk about all the hot topics and exhibit our latest innovations. Including our new proposition, Media Workflow Connect that’s been shortlisted in the Connect category in the IABM BaM™ Awards 2018.

Hot topics, cool conversation
Our industry is growing as technology advances and innovates. But with over 60 years’ experience in the broadcast industry, we know a thing or two. And we can help you to keep up. So join us at our stand, one of our panel discussions or get in touch for a one-to-one chat. We can talk about the changing face of broadcast and how we can help you navigate it.

Broadcast is moving to end-to-end IP
There’s a lot that goes into making the move to end-to-end IP broadcast. Lower costs with standard IP equipment compared to broadcast hardware, converging broadcast and online workflows and new standards such as SMPTE 2110 to name a few. We’ve got almost 15 years’ experience carrying broadcast over IP, so if you want to know how to carry your content seamlessly, let’s have a chat.

Let’s talk about virtualisation and orchestration
What does this mean for you? Automation and orchestration of broadcast workflows could be part of the future of the broadcast industry. That means we all need to adapt, and we’re well placed to help you do this.

Collaborate across continents
By moving to the public cloud, you can create and produce content from anywhere. More importantly, content will be able to travel across the world. You can collaborate across continents and gain access to the very best talent to work on your productions, wherever they are. We’ve already got the ball rolling with our Media Workflow Connect (MWC) proposition and we’re working on hybrid cloud workflows to overcome potential challenges and allow seamless broadcast from the cloud.

The future’s exciting. Let’s explore it together at IBC. Join us at our events and we can take the journey together.
